【基本性能】

【干燥條件】

【固化劑  _】

對pe料和部分雜料之pp料，可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)附著力差等現(xiàn)象，可選用本公司ppa-34處理劑  _擦拭或添加t-2m固化劑  _10％進(jìn)行加溫烘烤，以增強(qiáng)其附著力。

【注意事項(xiàng)】

1、塑膠產(chǎn)品具有_多樣性，材料外觀相似但可能是不同的材料，建議做好測試再進(jìn)行印刷

2、對于表面張力較小的材料，可先用pp處理劑  _或火焰處理法對底材進(jìn)行處理后印刷，這樣可以提高油墨的附著力。

3、該油墨屬于慢反應(yīng)固化型油墨，測試附著力必需在印刷后24小時(shí)以上再進(jìn)行測試。

4、pp油墨顯酸  性，用于移印時(shí)，如果油墨長時(shí)間浸泡覆蓋鋼板可能對鋼板有_輕微的腐蝕。

5、銀色、金色建議低溫（10℃以內(nèi)）保存，在常溫下保存的時(shí)間相對較短，一般不超過1個(gè)月。
